Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kliq — our website, dashboard, API and the pages you publish with us (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Kliq on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” refers to that organization as well.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Kliq. You may not use the Service if you were previously banned from it, or if using it would break the laws that apply to you.

• Keep your login details and API keys secure. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and workspace, including actions taken by team members and VAs you invite.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Let us know right away at support@kliq.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Workspace owners and admins decide who has access and with which role (Admin, Editor, Creator or Viewer), and are responsible for removing access that is no longer needed.

• Free plan. Free forever, with the limits shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans. Starter, Pro and Agency are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in euros. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any tax that applies is shown before you pay.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime through Manage on the Billing page, available to the workspace owner, and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
• Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. New prices apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel before they take effect.
• Downgrades and failed payments. If you downgrade or a payment fails, paid features may be switched off, and you can’t create more pages than your plan allows.

You keep all rights to the content you publish with Kliq. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service — for example to cache your page on our edge network or show it in your dashboard. The license ends when you delete the content or your account is deleted, apart from backups kept for a limited time.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have all the rights needed to publish it, including any links, images, videos, music and trademarks it contains.

You may not use Kliq to publish, link to or promote:

• anything illegal, or content that facilitates illegal activity;
• any content that involves, depicts or sexualizes minors — we remove it immediately and report it to the authorities;
• non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving anyone who has not consented to it;
• phishing, malware, spyware, scams, fake giveaways or other deceptive practices;
• spam, including unsolicited bulk messages or artificially generated traffic;
• impersonation of another person, brand or organization;
• content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
• hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
• other people’s private information shared without their consent.

You also may not disrupt or overload the Service, try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, scrape the Service or circumvent its limits and security measures, resell it without our written permission, or use it to cloak — that is, to show platforms or reviewers different content than you show to your visitors.

Legal adult content and links to adult platforms are allowed on Kliq, provided that:

• everyone depicted is at least 18 years old and has consented to the content being created and shared;
• sensitive links sit behind an 18+ age confirmation, or the whole page is marked as sensitive;
• explicit images or videos are not displayed directly on your page — they belong behind the gate;
• you comply with the laws that apply to you and your audience, and with the rules of the platforms where you share your link.

Every Kliq page has a Report link in its footer. Anyone can use it to tell us about spam, scams, impersonation, illegal content, minor safety concerns or copyright infringement — or email us at support@kliq.app.

We review reports and may remove content, unpublish pages or suspend accounts that break these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we tell the affected creator what we did and why, and they can reply to contest the decision. Reports concerning the safety of minors are handled first and may be referred to law enforcement.

If you believe content on Kliq infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@kliq.app that identifies the work, the page in question and your contact details, together with a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith.

• Only connect domains that you own or are authorized to use, and keep the required DNS records in place while the domain is connected. We may disconnect domains that fail verification.
• API access is part of the Agency plan. Use API keys only for your own workspace, keep them secret, and stay within reasonable usage limits. We may revoke keys that are leaked or abused.

Kliq works alongside platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, OnlyFans and Patreon, and lets you add third-party tools such as tracking pixels and embeds. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for them; your use of them is governed by their own terms. In particular, we can’t guarantee how any platform will treat your account, posts or links.

You can stop using Kliq at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@kliq.app. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service, our users or the public. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. If we end a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused part of your prepaid fees.

We work hard to keep Kliq fast and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Performance figures such as load times are targets, not guarantees, and we don’t promise any particular revenue, conversion rate or platform outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Kliq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or €100 if you use the Free plan.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence — or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If you use Kliq for business purposes, you agree to indemnify Kliq against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

We may change the Service and these Terms from time to time. If a change to these Terms materially affects you, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Kliq after that, the updated Terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any disputes.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there. Consumers can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
