Managing pages

The pages list

Pages in the sidebar lists every page in your workspace, with how many are live and how many of your plan's pages you've used. Each row has:

• the page's picture, name and link. Click to open the editor, or hover to copy the link.
• a Live / Draft switch that takes effect right away
• a chart icon that opens the page's analytics
• a … menu with Edit, Open page, Duplicate, Move to group and Delete

Search and filter

• Search pages: by name or link.
• Sort: Manual order, Newest first, Oldest first, A → Z or Most views.
• Group: one group, or pages in no group. Appears once you have a group.
• Member: pages created by one person. Appears once your workspace has more than one member.

Groups

Groups keep pages organized by creator, brand or campaign. Owners, Admins and Editors can manage them.

2. 2Enter a name and pick a color.
3. 3In a page's … menu, choose Move to group.

To rename or delete a group, open the Group filter and use the icons next to its name. Deleting a group keeps its pages, which just won't be in a group anymore.

Reorder pages

Drag the grip on the left of a row. The grips only appear with Sort on Manual order, with no search or filter active, and for Owners, Admins and Editors.

Duplicate a page

In the … menu, choose Duplicate. The copy starts as a draft, and it counts toward your plan's page limit.

Act on several pages

Tick the boxes next to the pages, or the box at the top to select them all. A bar appears with Publish, Unpublish, Move and Delete.
