Workspaces

What a workspace is

A workspace holds your pages, groups, domains, team, analytics and billing. The plan belongs to the workspace, not to you personally.

Your account comes with one workspace of its own, where you're the Owner. It's marked My workspace. You join other people's workspaces through a team invite, and your role can differ in each.

Switch workspace

Any of these works:

• Click the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.
• Press Ctrl K and type the workspace's name.
• Go to Settings → Workspaces and click Switch under All workspaces.

You stay on the same screen, and it now shows the other workspace's data. The exception is the editor, which takes you to the Pages list because the page you had open belongs to the previous workspace.

See your usage

Owners and Admins can see how many pages, custom domains and team seats the workspace is using under Current workspace in Settings → Workspaces.

Rename a workspace

Owners and Admins can click Rename under Current workspace. Everyone in the workspace sees the new name.

Leave a workspace

Under All workspaces, click Leave next to a workspace you joined. You lose access to its pages until someone invites you again. You can't leave your own workspace.
