Team and account

Team and roles

Invite teammates and VAs, give them the right access and see who changed what.

Teams need the Agency plan, which includes one seat for every link page in your tier. You'll find them under Team in the sidebar.

Invite someone

Owners and Admins can invite people.

  1. Click Invite and optionally enter an email. Only that address can use the invite. Leave it empty for a one-time link anyone can use.
  2. Choose a role.
  3. Click Create invite link. The link is copied for you and shown so you can copy it again.
  4. Send it to your teammate yourself. Kliq doesn't email it.

They open the link, log in or create an account, and join your workspace. Invites expire after 14 days and work once.

Pending invites

Unused invites are listed under Pending invites, where you can copy the link again or revoke the invite.

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerFull access, billing and ownership
AdminManage pages, domains, team and API keys
EditorCreate and edit every page in the workspace
CreatorCreate pages and edit only their own
ViewerRead-only access to pages and analytics

A workspace has one Owner, its creator.

Change or remove a member

Owners and Admins open the … menu in someone's row to change their role or remove them. Removing someone takes away their access to the workspace, and the pages they created stay.

You can't change your own role, and nobody can change or remove the Owner. To leave a workspace yourself, use Leave workspace in your own row, which the Owner doesn't have.

Nicknames

A nickname replaces someone's name in this workspace only, so the same person can go by different names in different workspaces. Their real name or email stays visible under it on the Team page.

Open the … menu in a row and choose Edit nickname. Owners and Admins can set anyone's, and everyone else can set their own.

Audit log

The audit log shows who did what in this workspace, and when. Open Team and use the Members / Audit log switch at the top. Only Owners and Admins can see it.

It records changes to:

  • Pages: created, renamed, published, unpublished, deleted or moved to a group
  • Groups: created, updated or deleted
  • Team: invites, people joining or leaving, role and nickname changes, and removals
  • Domains: added, verified or removed
  • API keys: created, revoked or deleted
  • Plan and billing: plan changes, cancellations and failed payments
  • Workspace: renames

Use the Member and Action filters to narrow it down. Entries can also come from an API key, from Stripe or from Kliq support. Edits to a page's content aren't listed, only the changes above.

Changes made before the log was switched on don't appear.
